Considered small size tree, multi or single trunk, evergreen with silver green leaves.  During harvest, simply cut branches with fruits, collect fruits and place in fresh water, replace water several times during curing period of about three weeks, then add sea salt during last week of curing.  In no time, you will have an abundant amount of your own delicious Greek Kalamata olives.
