Lady Palm
This is broad leaf "the lady palm" a species of fan palm native to China and Taiwan. They were first collected by the Japanese for Tokugawa shogunate palaces, then popularity spread to Europe, and later here in the US where its low light and humidity requirements make it a feature in several malls.
